A Warm Welcome and Easy Check-In

What Happens During the Lesson?
1. Beach Warm-Up & Safety Briefing
We start with a quick stretch and a breakdown of ocean safety — understanding waves, currents, and the basics of how to handle your board.
2. Land-Based Technique
Before hitting the water, we practice the key movements on the beach: how to pop up, where to position yourself on the board, and how to paddle effectively.
3. In the Water!
Now the fun begins. With your instructor by your side, you’ll head into the whitewater and start catching waves. We’ll guide you every step of the way, helping you stand up, balance, and ride your first wave all the way to the shore.
